The Cooper Scharf Agency was incorporated in December 1993 by a group of marketing, communications and production professionals who believed that advertisers could achieve their mar-keting and advertising goals by working directly with the senior talents of an advertising agency. Advertisers had discovered the b e n e fits of streamlining their operations and are of the mind that bigger isn’t better, better is better. At Cooper Scharf we share in this discovery and base our operating philosophy on three objectives: Productive, thorough briefings and presentations, no internal bureaucracy, and no pecking order in which clients are forced to deal
with layers of agency management. Just the avail-ability of seasoned agency professionals. As an independently owned agency, we strive to maintain a high standard of quality in our: marketing strategy, client servicing and our dedi-cation to breakthrough creative. And our commit-ment to sales generating advertising is further pronounced by our promise to constantly improve our products and services.
